3.1 To access real-money features on the okapk Platform, you must register a single player account. Registration is free of charge. You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform at any given time.
3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan, a valid email address, and your date of birth.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. okapk will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you.
3.4 In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify okapk immediately via the support contact detailed in Section 15 of these Terms. okapk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.5 okapk reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons, provided that any legitimate balance held in the account at the time of closure is returned to the player via their registered payment method.
3.6 Opening or operating more than one account on the okapk Platform — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okapk will close all accounts associated with the player, forfeit any bonus balances, and may permanently ban the player from the Platform.
4.1 All financial transactions on the okapk Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks).
4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the okapk cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change at okapk's discretion. Players will be notified of any material changes to transaction limits.
4.3 Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your okapk account balance instantaneously. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard interbank processing timelines and may take longer during weekends or public holidays in Pakistan.
4.4 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists as an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and cannot be waived.
4.5 okapk reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation — including CNIC copies, proof of address, and payment method verification — before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
4.6 okapk does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Currency Note: All balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals on okapk are processed in PKR. Where USDT transactions are involved, conversion rates are applied at the time of transaction and are displayed to the player before confirmation. okapk does not accept responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations after a transaction has been confirmed.
5.1 okapk may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses issued by okapk are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are displayed clearly in each promotion's terms.
5.3 Bonuses and promotional credits are non-transferable and have no cash value until any applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
5.4 okapk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice to affected players where possible. Bonuses already credited to a player's account and subject to active wagering will be honoured in accordance with the terms under which they were granted.
5.5 The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited on the okapk Platform:
5.6 Where okapk determines that bonus abuse has occurred, the platform reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, close the associated account, and permanently ban the player.
6.1 All casino games available on the okapk Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to determine outcomes. okapk does not manipulate game outcomes or adjust Return to Player (RTP) percentages based on individual player behaviour or account status.
6.2 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, okapk will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the player's position to the state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where this is not technically possible, affected bets or rounds may be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance.
6.3 The results of completed game rounds are final. okapk will not reverse the outcome of a completed round on the basis of a player's disagreement with the result, provided the result was determined by a properly functioning certified RNG system.
6.4 For sports betting, okapk reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the odds were clearly published in error (e.g., due to a data feed failure or manual input error). Players will be notified of any such voidance and their stake will be returned.
6.5 okapk does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform on behalf of a player. Accounts found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okapk Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent ban:

Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal requests as part of okapk's AML compliance procedures.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okapk.
9.3 The okapk name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of okapk. Unauthorised use of these marks — including for purposes of impersonation, misleading advertising, or phishing — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
10.1 The okapk Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okapk makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okapk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

11.1 okapk collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at okapk.pro/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the okapk Privacy Policy.
11.2 Personal data collected during account registration, KYC verification, and ongoing use of the Platform — including CNIC details, contact information, payment records, and gameplay data — is used solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations, and supporting responsible gaming commitments.
11.3 okapk will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
12.1 You may close your okapk account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
12.2 okapk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice where:

13.2 In the event of any dispute between you and okapk, you agree to first contact okapk's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. okapk commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body under okapk's gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available upon request from the okapk support team.
13.4 Nothing in this clause restricts your rights to seek legal remedies available to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.
14.1 okapk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okapk will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players — typically via email to the address associated with your account and/or via an on-platform notification.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
